We Get It Ready
We get it ready by taking care of all the behind the scenes items (plumbing, mechanicals, roof, etc.)

You Pick The Finishes
You work with our designers to pick your color platte, finishes, & features.

We Complete It & You Move In
We paint, install your choice of cabinets, counters, flooring, & hardware. We then close escrow, all of your remodel costs are included in the sale. You move into your new home!
Start With A Clean Slate
You’ll never wonder about the roof, plumbing, water heater, furnace, other appliances, or section one clearance when purchasing a home through our Build-To-Suite program.
